Welcome to Shashi Singh Dance Academy. By enrolling in our classes or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Payment

• Students must complete the registration process and pay the applicable fees before attending classes.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Installment options (if available) must be paid on or before the due date.

2. Attendance & Punctuality

• Regular attendance is essential for progress. Students are expected to be punctual and present for all sessions.
• Missed classes will not be compensated unless pre-approved by the instructor due to genuine reasons.

3. Dress Code & Behavior

• Students must wear comfortable dance attire and proper dance shoes as recommended.
• Respectful behavior toward instructors, staff, and fellow students is mandatory.
• Any form of misconduct may lead to suspension or termination of enrollment.

4. Class Recording & Content

• Unauthorized video or audio recording of classes is strictly prohibited.
• Choreography and class content remain the intellectual property of the academy and should not be shared without permission.

5. Liability

• While we ensure a safe learning environment, Shashi Singh Dance Academy is not liable for any injuries sustained during practice or performance.
• Parents/guardians must ensure their children are dropped off and picked up on time from the premises.

6. Changes & Cancellations

• Class schedules are subject to change based on availability, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Prior notice will be given whenever possible.
• Events, performances, and workshops may be postponed or rescheduled. No refunds will be provided for such changes.

7. Acceptance

By registering or participating in any class or event conducted by Shashi Singh Dance Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
