At Shashi Singh Dance Academy, we strive to provide a high-quality learning experience to all our students. Before enrolling, we request you to read our Refund Policy carefully.

1. No Refund Policy

• All fees paid for dance classes, workshops, events, and choreography services are strictly non-refundable.
• We do not offer refunds for missed classes, partial attendance, or personal schedule conflicts.

2. Non-Transferable Payments

• Fees once paid cannot be transferred to another student or adjusted toward future batches or sessions.

3. Cancellations by the Academy

• In the rare case that a class, workshop, or session is canceled by the academy, we may offer an alternate date or class makeup session.
• Refunds are considered only in cases where the academy permanently cancels a service before commencement and no alternative is provided.

4. Special Cases

Requests for refunds in special situations (like medical emergencies) may be considered at the sole discretion of the management. Valid proof and documentation may be required.

5. Digital Products & Online Classes

• Payments made for online classes, digital tutorials, or downloadable content are non-refundable once access is granted.
